Sometimes this appointment is online, with a selection via videos or platforms, to leave the door open to all.
A key feature is the desire to include all profiles: self-taught, formed groups, solo singers, seniors or younger. The era of ultra-electist selection seems to be behind us: from now on, every ambitious musician can try his luck, regardless of his course.
