Over the course of the shoots, Samuel Le Bihan opted for cycling, yoga and even cross-fit to keep the distance, until he climbed mythical passes and faced the chilling cold during the scenes shot at altitude.
"Apart from climbing, I've always done a lot of sports. Today, with age, I started yoga. I also like everything that's cross-fit. But I have osteoarthritis, so I can't run anymore. Fortunately, I can bike at will!"

We're not pretending about this lonely cop. Despite certain medical limitations, the actor does not spare his efforts: he runs the exercises to maintain his tone and keep enough endurance during the action scenes, even at more than 2,000 meters. In between, his creed does not change: perseverance and prudence.
